(More customer reviews)Arrived to what I thought was fully assembled, but soon found out it wasn't assembled very well. It would be quite difficult to mount this thing to the wall while fully assembled because the mounting holes are covered up by the arms and it is heavy. So, I disassembled it fairly easily. Mounted it to the wall using my own level because I had to take off the built-in level. Then I had to install the hangers on to the TV. Those were the pieces that were deformed, off there pivot tracks, or pieces missing. I found was able to fix everything by tightening the bolts appropriately, but it was a pain.
Once the TV is hung on the wall mount, the arms torque enough that it sags a couple degrees. It wasn't an issue for me since I wanted it tilted down as most people would. However, the sagging causes the TV to not be perfectly level once you extend the arms to full length and to one side.
