(More customer reviews)As the title states this is by far my worse AMAZON shopping experience. This product is poorly constructed and certainly not as advertised. The arm was not strong enough to hold in position my 20" monitor. To initiate a return I was told I would not only be charged a 15% restocking fee, but I would not be refunded the original shipping charges NOR the shipping charges I incurred to send the defective item back to them. When I questioned why I should be responsible for paying for them to ship me an item that clearly does not work as advertised, as well as having to pay to ship the item back I was informed that this is their policy and that AMAZON accepted it. All I can say is Amazon and its merchants in my mind use to be about great products, great prices and great customer service. This last experience was less customer service and more CUSTOMER DIS-SERVICE.
