(More customer reviews)The only thing that kept me from giving this product 5 stars is the poor instruction manual that came with it. No clear detailed written instructions. Instead you had to try to decipher how to install the product by the very unclear drawings they have in the book. I myself went online to the Ctrutchfield.com web site which had a very good video on how to mount a TV wall bracket. Other than that the Sanus LL22B bracket is very well made and the tilt feature is something that is a must have if your shopping for a TV wall mount.
